#Introverts in Open Office Plans

Fortunately, I have only worked once in an open office environment. There were just a few of us, and we were all very quiet. I can’t begin to imagine the horror of what some of my fellow introverts have to endure.

  1. I find my cubicle setup draining sometimes because my colleagues can get quite chatty and noisy. I cannot imagine myself in an open office. It is actually a criteria I check in my job applications. However, I sometimes wonder if the unwanted gossips would thankfully reduce in open offices.

  2. I hate open office….have been working in that sort of setting for three years now, and it’s the most exhausting environment imaginable. Most stressful aspect of my job.

  3. Ah man, it is a daily nightmare.
I am still trying to escape the open office/corporate World.

Partly why I set up my blog yesterday.
In the hopes that I can speak with similar people, and also RANT when the need is there.

    I am also an INFJ.
It looks like you have a great page here.
I will be checking out your other posts.
