#bringingtheawkward

I went to a farm this year to get my Christmas tree. A nice man cut it down for me, carried it to my car, then tied it to the roof. I tipped him, but he ended up being the owner and gave me back my tip. Maybe most would say “No big deal,” but I just found it extremely awkward. I find I do and say so many awkward things. Always have. Probably always will. And I’ll probably never get used to it.

  1. *sigh* Me too, me too. Would love to know the source of this feeling we call awkward. I kept hoping I would outgrow it but now I feel like I need to befriend it in some way because apparently it’s here to stay. Once again, thanks for sharing!
