During my last gig in the corporate world, I had the privilege of working with many wonderful people, both extroverts and introverts. The co-worker in my cartoon today is my extroverted friend Rosie (@imcompres). Her outgoing nature and ability to deal with all the other players in the company were a complement to my strengths of cubicle sitting and cranking stuff out. We, along with the other members of our group, made a great team. Does your team have good extrovert/introvert synergy?

When I worked as a bookkeeper I worked in a large room and I was usually alone. I would be so engrossed in what I was doing that when someone walked into the room and called my name I would jump out of my skin!
